What is it?
Training intercultural and language skills is no longer enough to survive in the in-company training world.
Trainers need to add 21st Century skills to their training portfolio beyond business communication skills such as presentations, email and report writing etc.
What does it include?
This program consists of a series of modules which trainers can access according to their time and need. The full program will be launched in early 2021. It will include both online and in-person training.
Key modules include:
- Determining specific client needs with business process analysis
- Training facilitation techniques for effective meetings
- Enabling creativity and innovation skills in productive teamwork
- Training processes for constructive feedback and difficult conversations
